Hacking the Bio hacking: weight loss


Finding the good way to lose weight, and maintain healthy weight, have study and tried several of the most cutting edge theories that have come out over those last years.

Bio-hacking is a part where people have created time saving dominant method to get the body to respond in certain positive way using the most superior biological data available and giving the body the precise things that will get it to respond according to the hack.

Atkins was not the first guy to discover the benefit of removing glucose and switching over to ketone, via a so-called low-carb diet, the technique has been around for like a hundred years give or take.


I used to run 3 to 5 miles per day 5 days a week and lift weights 3 days per week. I weighed over 250 pounds, did all the working out like I just described and finally could not lose an ounce. People would see how large I was and would continually tell me I should get some exercise and when I would inform them my how much I ran and worked out.

There are plenty of videos all over YouTube which refer to something known as "life hacks". Life hacks are just little short cuts or creative ways to achieve certain things using daily implements that may be found in your surroundings.
